Wheel of Time:  Talents        
This is a draft list.  The description should include a description of how the talent will be accomplished in the mod.  Scripting, skills, etc.  Who will be able to get the talent, how they get it, how they advance, if they advance.  Everything.  Needs a lot of work.

Wolf Brother   Human Can speak to wolves.  Wolves may join in battles, mainly against shadow spawn or to help Rand. Could use wolves as companions.
Occasionally, triggered by quests, the wolves would talk to the player and give them quests or help solve other quests.
Viewing   Ogier
Human
See auras around people indicating things about them; such as taveran, etc. Scripts on different people.  All would check to see if the player is a future seer and if so a message window would come up that would tell something about that person.  Journal would also be written to - topic would be Future Visions.

Purpose:  Not sure.  Maybe help solving of some quests but not sure how.  Maybe give quests - like see that someone will hang, player then solves the crime?
Sniffing   Human Smell where violence occurred. Possible:  when a kill occurs, an activator is dropped.  The activator (rock) will fill a global variable that says violence occurred in the area.  Not sure how to clear the variable though.  Not sure how this would work or what advantage it would give.
Old Tongue   Human Speak the old tongue.
Can also be used by finding one of nobles or scholars who speak the old tongue.
Can translate some books that will boost skills.  Can solve certain quests by reading of specific treasures in old manuscripts.

Note:  will easily solve one of the quests transferred from Wizard Academy that leads into a site from the Age of Legends.  Others may solve it but will have a harder time.  Yay, I get to use that wonderful cavern and all the scripting I put into it.
Dreamwalking   Human
Ogier??
Can dream walk in Tel'aran'rhiod.
This skill can also be done by finding one of 2 or 3 existing ter'angrials.
Can use Tel'aran'rhiod to look into places that are locked in the real world.  Read notes on people's desks, check where items are hidden, etc.
Another feature could be the ability to enter and travel in the flesh.  Maybe the player would permanently lose some levels and attributes if they do this.  It is not proven but said that a person loses something of themselves when they do this.  Both Rand and Egwene have and we haven't noticed anything.  Not sure on this feature.

Spark   Human The ability to channel Should the spark be a talent?  What if the person picks magic classes but no spark as a sign?  Can we control this?
Old Blood   Human In D&D game this is described as giving the player wisdom of your ancestors sometimes providing insight knowledge, and even skills you never knew you had. I have no idea how this would be implemented.
Treesinging   Ogier The player posseses the ability to create objects out of the trees by singing to them.  Only Ogiers have this ability.  Tinkers and Aiel are an option for this ability. I have no idea how this would be implemented.
Foretelling   Human The player with this ability will occassionally have a trance and speak and see visions of the future. Programmed dream or text sequences that give the player some information on the solving of a quest they are working on.
Sense Waygates   Ogier All Ogier will have this talent Maybe a script on all waygates?  Should at least be able to guide the Ogier player within a cell.  Not sure how this would be manifested…maybe some kind of shimmering barely visible picture of a leaf or a gate that is always x feet near an Ogier in the direction of the waygate.  It would move with the Ogier and always be in there in all interior cells located in the exterior cells.  Put a note out in the forum for ideas.
